While we uphold the highest standards in quality and packaging, we understand that rare exceptions may arise. Eligibility for Return

A product is eligible for return only under the following circumstances:

  • 🛍️ An incorrect product has been dispatched, differing from the item confirmed during order placement.

  • 🧵 The product exhibits a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

  • 📦 The product arrives in a visibly damaged condition. Note: Please do not accept any package that appears tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.

Return Process

To ensure a smooth and prompt resolution, please follow the steps below:

  1. Initiate a Return Request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Care team at +91- 8014220000 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM) or emailing us at support@primegesture.com. You may also log into your account and submit a support request under ‘My Orders’.

  2. Share Visual Evidence: Please email clear photographs of the product highlighting the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item) along with your order details to support@primegesture.com. Including images in your initial request will help expedite the process.

  3. Review & Response: Our Quality Assurance team will assess the submitted details and respond with your Return Request status within 2–3 working days.

  4. Reverse Pickup: Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup. This typically takes 2–3 working days, with delivery to our warehouse within 7–10 days.

  5. Refund or Store Credit: Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 working days.

Important Guidelines

  • 📦 Product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, invoice, and shipping label.

  • 🚫 Product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • 💳 Refunds or store credits are issued only after a thorough quality check.

  • 🛍️ Products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at physical stores.

  • ⚖️ PrimeGesture.com reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for each case, based on product condition and claim validity.
