3. Products and Handcrafted Variations

Our idols and decor pieces are handcrafted from solid brass by skilled artisans. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in finish, weight, colour, and detailing are natural and are part of the character of a genuine handmade product. They are not defects.

We take care to photograph our products accurately, but the colour and finish you see on screen may differ slightly depending on your device and lighting. Product dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary marginally from piece to piece.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Payments are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or message acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean your order is accepted. Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the item.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where the product is out of stock, where there has been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
