Refund Policy

At PrimeGesture.com, we aim to make every transaction seamless and every resolution swift. If a return has been approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the merchandise at our warehouse.

💳 Modes of Refund

• Store Credits: The fastest and most flexible refund option. Store Credits are issued within 24–48 hours, carry no expiry date, and can be used across the site without restrictions.
  
  
• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase.
  
  Credit/Debit Card:
  Refunded amount will reflect in your next billing cycle.
  
  NEFT/Bank Transfer:
  May take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
  
  Online Wallets/UPI:
  Processed within 7 working days.
  
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued either as Store Credits or via an account payee cheque in the name provided under billing details. Cheques are dispatched within 15 days of receiving the returned product, including transit time.
